Avocado Chicken Salad - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
  1. Boneless chicken – 250 gram (grilled or fried with little black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice with olive oil)
  2. Avocado – 2 (cut to pieces)
  3. Orange – 1 (peeled and cut)
  4. Almonds – 3 tbsp (sliced)
  5. Dried cranberry – 2 tbsp
  6. Mint leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped)
  7. Orange juice – 3 tbsp (freshly squeezed)
  8. Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  9. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  10. Salt – to taste
  1. Cut the grilled chicken to thin strips.
  2. In a deep bowl, combine together chicken, avocado, orange, almonds, dried cranberries, mint leaves and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine together orange juice, olive oil and black pepper powder. Add this to the prepared salad and serve.

Note : The chicken is grilled in a grilling pan over the stove.
