Tahina Sauce - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
  1. White sesame seeds – ½ cup
  2. Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  1. Heat a pan and roast the sesame seeds till light golden. Remove the sesame seeds from the pan and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Grind it to a fine paste with 3 tbsp olive oil. Tahina sauce is ready to use.

Note : Keep it in the refrigerator covered and use it as required. Use this Tahina Sauce for making hummus or use it for salad dressing.
