Chili Lime Prawns With Yogurt Sauce

- 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
- Prawns (big and cleaned) – 300 gram
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp + 2 tsp
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp + 2 tbsb
- Garlic (crushed) – 1 tsp
- Cilantro/ Coriander leaves – 1 tsp (chopped finely)
- Salt – to taste
- Cherry tomatoes – 4 – 5, sliced (for serving)
Method
- Marinate all the cleaned prawns with red chili powder, 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp olive oil, crushed garlic and salt for half an hour.
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry the marinated prawns just till done. Remove from flame, top it with 2 tsp lemon juice and coriander leaves and move to a serving plate. Add the cherry tomatoes and serve immediately with yogurt sauce.
For the yogurt sauce
Ingredients
- Yogurt – 6 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Honey – ¾ tsp
- Garlic – 1 clove (chopped finely)
- Cilantro/ Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Salt – to taste
Method
- Combine together all the above ingredients in a deep bowl and serve with the Chili Lime Prawns.
