Spicy Prawn Fry

- 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
- Prawns – 250 gram
- Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – a pinch
- Crushed garlic – 1 ½ tsp
- Curry leaves – 8 – 10 leaves
- Onion – 1, small (finely chopped)
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Method
- Marinate the cleaned prawns with red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed garlic, curry leaves and salt. Keep it aside for about 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onion for a minute. Add the marinated prawns to it and fry on high flame for about 6 – 8 minutes stirring occasionally. Reduce the flame and fry it till done. Serve hot.
