Ingredients
- Fish - ½ kg (Cut into thin slices)
- Chilli pwdr - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric pwdr - ¼ tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
Method
- Marinate the fish for about 20 minutes using ingredients 2-6
- Fry the fish till done
- Serve hot
