Mutton Fry - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
  1. Mutton - ½ kg
  2. Onion - 3
  3. Turmeric pwd - ½ tsp
  4. Green chili - 4
  5. Ginger - garlic paste - 3 tbsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Chili pwd - 2 tsp
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Oil - 5 tbsp
  1. Cook the mutton with onion, turmeric pwd, green chili, ginger- garlic paste and salt in a pressure cooker with ¼ cup of water. Open the pressure cooker and dry the excess water by keeping it on high flame.
  2. In oil in another pan, add chili pwd and curry leaves to it and saute for few seconds. To this add the cooked mutton and fry well. Top it with coriander leaves.
