Ghee Biscuits

- 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
- Ghee - Enough to make a smooth dough
- All purpose flour -1 ½ cup
- Icing sugar (or powdered sugar) - 1 cup
- Baking powder- ¼ tsp
- Salt - a pinch
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 250 degree Celsius
- Combine ingredients from 2-5
- Make a smooth dough using Ghee
- Make small lemon sized balls out of the dough and press a little into a desired shape
- Place it in a baking tray with sufficient space in between (after baking each one will expand and increase in size)
- Bake it for 20 minutes @ 140 Degree C
