Spicy Chicken Fry

- 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 6- 8 pieces
- Red chili pwd - 1 tsp
- Pepper pwd - 1 ½ tsp
- Garam masala pwd - ½ tsp
- Coriander pwd - 1 tsp
- Turmeric pwd - ¼ tsp
- Cumin pwd - ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 ½ tbsp
- Yoghurt - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
Method
- Make slits on the cleaned chicken and marinate it with all the other ingredients except oil.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours (if possible keep it overnight)
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken legs till golden brown on both sides and then remove from flame and serve hot.
