Crispy Chicken Fry

- 1 Cup = 200ml
Marinade
Ingredients
- Chicken - 5 - 6 pieces
- Chili pwd - ¾ tsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves (crushed)
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Marinate chicken with the above ingredients and keep it aside for about half an hour.

- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Paprika pwd - 1tsp
- Pepper pwd - 1tsp
- Chili pwd - ½
- Salt - to taste
- Egg - 1, beat the egg in a bowl with a spoon (For dipping the chicken,)
Method
- Dip the marinated chicken pieces in the egg and then coat it with the dry flour mix.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the chicken pieces on low flame till golden brown (or till done). Serve Hot.
