- 1 Cup = 200ml
Marinade
Ingredients
- Chicken - ½ kg (boneless, chicken breast..cut it to small cubes)
- Chili pwd- 1 tsp
- Pepper pwd- 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 ½ tsp
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients for about an hour and deep fry it in oil till golden brown. Do not over fry it. Keep it aside

- Ginger garlic (crushed) - 2 tsp
- Onion - 2 (diced)
- Capsicum - 1 (diced)
- Spring onion - 3 tbsp
- Green chili - 2
- Chili pwd - ½ tsp
- Pepper pwd - 1 tsp
- Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Corn flour - 2 tsp (mix it with little water to make a paste)
- Sugar - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil- 3 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic and saute for few seconds. To this add the diced onion and capsicum, chopped spring onion and green chili and saute on high flame for about 2- 3 minutes.
- Now add the chili pwd, pepper pwd and salt and saute for a minute or two. Add the tomato ketchup, soy sauce and sugar and mix well. Add the water and let it boil.
- Simmer the flame and add the corn flour paste stirring continuously. When it becomes thick add the fried chicken and mix well. Cook it on low flame for 2- 3 minutes. Serve hot.
