Chicken 65 - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
For marinade
Ingredients
  1. Chicken (boneless, breast) - ½ kg - cut it to cubes
  2. Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
  3. Chili pwd - 1 tbsp
  4. Turmeric pwd - ¼ tsp
  5. Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  6. Corn flour - 1 ½ tbsp
  7. Egg white - 1
  8. Salt - to taste
Method
  1. Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients and keep it aside for about 1 hour. Deep fry it in oil till done and keep it aside.
Ingredients
  1. Onion (diced) - 1
  2. Capsicum (diced) - 1
  3. Chilly pwd - ½ tsp
  4. Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  5. Soy sauce - ½ tsp
  6. Green chili - 4
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Sugar - a pinch
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Butter - 3 tbsp
Method
  1. Heat butter in a pan, add green chilies and curry leaves to it and saute for a while. To this, add onion and capsicum and saute for about 2 minutes on high flame.
  2. Add chili pwd and salt and saute till the raw smell disappears. Add tomato sauce and soy sauce to it and mix well.
  3. Add the fried chicken and a pinch or sugar to it, mix well and cook for another 3 - 4 minutes on low flame. Serve hot.
