- 1 Cup = 200ml
For marinade
Ingredients
- Chicken (boneless, breast) - ½ kg - cut it to cubes
- Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
- Chili pwd - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric pwd - ¼ tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 ½ tbsp
- Egg white - 1
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients and keep it aside for about 1 hour. Deep fry it in oil till done and keep it aside.

- Onion (diced) - 1
- Capsicum (diced) - 1
- Chilly pwd - ½ tsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - ½ tsp
- Green chili - 4
- Curry leaves
- Sugar - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 3 tbsp
Method
- Heat butter in a pan, add green chilies and curry leaves to it and saute for a while. To this, add onion and capsicum and saute for about 2 minutes on high flame.
- Add chili pwd and salt and saute till the raw smell disappears. Add tomato sauce and soy sauce to it and mix well.
- Add the fried chicken and a pinch or sugar to it, mix well and cook for another 3 - 4 minutes on low flame. Serve hot.
