Apple Shake With Dates

- 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
- Apple - 1 Peeled & chopped
- Dates - 12 -15, (Pitted) seeds removed
- Milk - 3 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence - 2 drops (Optional)
- Pistachios - 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Ice cubes - 5-7
Method
- Soak the pitted dates in half cup of milk for about 20 min. Then grind well in a blender. Add chopped apple, remaining milk & vanilla essence and blend till well combined. Add ice cubes and blend again. Serve immediatey topped with pistachios.
