Apple Shake With Dates - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Apple - 1 Peeled & chopped
  2. Dates - 12 -15, (Pitted) seeds removed
  3. Milk - 3 1/2 cup
  4. Vanilla essence - 2 drops (Optional)
  5. Pistachios - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Ice cubes - 5-7
Method
  1. Soak the pitted dates in half cup of milk for about 20 min. Then grind well in a blender. Add chopped apple, remaining milk & vanilla essence and blend till well combined. Add ice cubes and blend again. Serve immediatey topped with pistachios.
