Chicken Waldorf Salad

- 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast – 1 (grilled in a grilling pan with little pepper and salt and olive oil)
- Red apple – 1, chopped
- Cucumber – 2, chopped
- Celery – ½ cup
- Walnut – ½ cup
- Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Method
- Slice the grilled chicken to thin pieces.
- In deep bowl combine together chicken, apple, cucumber, celery and walnuts.
- To this add black pepper powder, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice and little salt. combine together and serve immediately.
