- 1 Cup = 200ml
For the salad
- Cucumber – 1 cup, chopped
- Feta cheese – 1 cup, cut to cubes
- Cherry tomato – ½ cup, halved
- Capsicum – ¼ cup, dices
- Red onion – ¼ cup, sliced
- Black olives – ¼ cup (pitted)
- Combine all the above ingredients in a deep bowl.
- Add the salad dressing ingredients to this and toss well. Serve.
For the salad dressing
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Vinegar – 2 tsp
- Dried oregano – ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Garlic – 1 clove (crushed)
- Salt – to taste
- Combine all the ingredients for salad dressing in a bowl and add it to the prepared salad.
