Pineapple Salsa

Pineapple Salsa - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Pineapple – 1 ½ cup, chopped
  2. Bell pepper/ capsicum – 1 cup, chopped (use red, yellow and green bell pepper to get it colorful)
  3. Tomato – ½ cup, chopped
  4. Red onion – ¼ cup, finely chopped
  5. Cilantro/ coriander leaves – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  6. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder – ¾ tsp
  8. Salt – to taste
Method
  1. In a deep bowl, combine together chopped pineapple, bell pepper, tomato, onion and coriander leaves.
  2. Add lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt and combine. Serve.
