Falafel Sandwich - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Falafel – 6
  2. Hummus – ¼ cup
  3. Cucumber – ¼ cup (cut to small pieces)
  4. Cherry tomato – ¼ cup (quartered)
  5. Lettuce – ¼ cup
  6. Onion – ¼ cup, thinly sliced
  7. Pita bread – 2 – 3
  8. Salt – to taste
Method
  1. In a deep bowl, combine together cucumber, cherry tomato, lettuce, sliced onion and little salt.
  2. Spread little hummus at one side of pita bread, add little prepared filling to it, add 2 – 3 falafel to it and fold lightly. Repeat this procedure with remaining pita bread and serve immediately.
