Chili Lime Prawns With Yogurt Sauce - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Prawns (big and cleaned) – 300 gram
  2. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  3. Lemon juice – 2 tsp + 2 tsp
  4. Olive oil – 1 tbsp + 2 tbsb
  5. Garlic (crushed) – 1 tsp
  6. Cilantro/ Coriander leaves – 1 tsp (chopped finely)
  7. Salt – to taste
  8. Cherry tomatoes – 4 – 5, sliced (for serving)
Method
  1. Marinate all the cleaned prawns with red chili powder, 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp olive oil, crushed garlic and salt for half an hour.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry the marinated prawns just till done. Remove from flame, top it with 2 tsp lemon juice and coriander leaves and move to a serving plate. Add the cherry tomatoes and serve immediately with yogurt sauce.
For the yogurt sauce
Ingredients
  1. Yogurt – 6 tbsp
  2. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  3. Honey – ¾ tsp
  4. Garlic – 1 clove (chopped finely)
  5. Cilantro/ Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  6. Salt – to taste
Method
  1. Combine together all the above ingredients in a deep bowl and serve with the Chili Lime Prawns.
