Orange Pomegranate Salad

- 1 Cup = 200ml
- Orange – 4
- Pomegranate – ½ cup
- Lettuce leaf – ½ cup (chopped)
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Slice the oranges and peel them. Cut the orange slices to two halves.
- In a deep bowl, combine together orange, pomegranate and lettuce leaf. To this add olive oil and salt and combine. Spread it in a serving plate, sprinkle red chili powder all over and serve immediately.
