Watermelon Salad - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Watermelon (deseed and cut to cubes) – 3 cup
  2. Cottage cheese/ paneer – ½ cup (crumbled)
  3. Mint leaves – 6 – 8 (chopped)
  4. Black pepper (freshly ground) – 1 tsp
  5. Olive oil – 1 ½ tbsp
  6. Salt – to taste
Method
  1. In a deep bowl, combine together cubed watermelon, crumbled paneer and mint leaves.
  2. Add ground black pepper, olive oil and salt and combine. Serve immediately.
