Mango Lassi - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Mango, ripe (cut to pieces) – 1 cup
  2. Yogurt – 1 cup
  3. Water - ¼ cup (little more if it is too thick)
  4. Sugar – 3 tbsp
  5. Ice cubes – 6 – 8
  6. Pomegranate and mint leaves – to garnish (optional)
Method
  1. Blend together mango pieces, yogurt, water and sugar in a blender till creamy.
  2. Add the ice cubes to this and blend well. Serve it immediately in 2 – 3 glasses garnished with pomegranate and mint leaves.
