Healthy Oats Pancake

- 1 Cup = 200ml
- Oats – 1 cup ( grind it to powder)
- Baking powder – ½ tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Egg – 1
- Milk – ½ cup
- Oil – ¾ tbsp
- Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp (or to taste)
- In a bowl, combine together ground oats, baking powder, sugar and salt. In another bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients. Add the oats flour mixture to the wet ingredients and combine well.
- Heat a non stick pan, grease it lightly with oil or butter, and pour a ladle of the batter to it. Reduce the flame and cook for a minute. Turn it to the other side and cook till it is perfectly done. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Dust it with some powdered sugar and sliced strawberries (optional) and serve hot.
Note : Makes about 5 – 6 pancakes. You can also serve it with syrup or any jam of your choice.
