Spicy Prawn Fry - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Prawns – 250 gram
  2. Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder – a pinch
  4. Crushed garlic – 1 ½ tsp
  5. Curry leaves – 8 – 10 leaves
  6. Onion – 1, small (finely chopped)
  7. Oil – 3 tbsp
  8. Salt – to taste
Method
  1. Marinate the cleaned prawns with red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed garlic, curry leaves and salt. Keep it aside for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onion for a minute. Add the marinated prawns to it and fry on high flame for about 6 – 8 minutes stirring occasionally. Reduce the flame and fry it till done. Serve hot.
