Egg Fry - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Boiled egg - 3
  2. Chili pwd - 1 ½ tsp
  3. Turmeric pwd - ¼ tsp
  4. Pepper pwd - ½ tsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Oil - 2 -3 tbsp (for frying)
Method
  1. Mix chili pwd, turmeric pwd, pepper and salt. Add very little water to make a paste. (about 3-4 tbsp).
  2. Cut the eggs into half and marinate the egg in the prepared chili paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated eggs in the oil for about 6-7 minutes turning the sides 2- 3 times on regular intervals. Serve hot.
