- 1 Cup = 200ml
- Boiled egg - 3
- Chili pwd - 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric pwd - ¼ tsp
- Pepper pwd - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 -3 tbsp (for frying)
- Mix chili pwd, turmeric pwd, pepper and salt. Add very little water to make a paste. (about 3-4 tbsp).
- Cut the eggs into half and marinate the egg in the prepared chili paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated eggs in the oil for about 6-7 minutes turning the sides 2- 3 times on regular intervals. Serve hot.
