Garlic Paste / Garlic Dip

- 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
- Egg white - 2
- Vegetable Oil (sun flower oil) - ¾ cup
- Garlic cloves - 2 big (or 5 - 6 small)
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender till you get a creamy texture (4-5 minutes).(Nice combo with naan or any type of roti and grilled chicken)
Note : If you are getting a liquid texture, then add little more oil and blend well.
