Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting

- 1 Cup = 200ml
- Unsalted butter - ¾ cup (at room temperature)
- Icing sugar - 1 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
- Hot water - 1 tbsp
- Beat together softened butter and icing sugar in a deep bowl till creamy.
- Add vanilla essence to this and combine well. Now add hot water and beat for another 2 - 3 minutes. Use as desired on cakes or cup cakes.
Note : add few drops of food colour and beat till combined for different colour
