Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Unsalted butter - ¾ cup (at room temperature)
  2. Icing sugar - 1 cup
  3. Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  4. Hot water - 1 tbsp
Method
  1. Beat together softened butter and icing sugar in a deep bowl till creamy.
  2. Add vanilla essence to this and combine well. Now add hot water and beat for another 2 - 3 minutes. Use as desired on cakes or cup cakes.

Note : add few drops of food colour and beat till combined for different colour
