Cream Dessert With Biscuit And Caramel - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
First layer
Ingredients
  1. Digestive biscuit - 10 - 12
  2. Prepared coffee - 1 cup (to dip the biscuits)
  3. Sugar - 5 - 6 tbsp
  4. Water - 1 tbsp
  5. Butter - 1 tbsp
  6. Thick cream - 2 tbsp
Method
  1. Dip the biscuits one by one I prepared coffee and make two layers in the dessert dish.
  2. Heat a pan, add sugar and 1 tbsp water and caramelize it. Add butter to it and remove from fire.
  3. Now add thick cream and mix well. Spread half of the prepared caramel over the biscuits.
  4. Cool it till the second layer is ready.
Second layer
Ingredients
  1. Creme caramel - 1 box
  2. Milk - 500 ml
  3. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  4. Vanilla essence - ½ tsp
Method
  1. Prepare the creme caramel adding all the above ingredients and prepare it as per the direction on the outer cover of cr�me caramel. (mix the caramel with milk while boiling)
  2. Pour it over the biscuit layer and cool it till set.
Third layer
Ingredients
  1. Whipping powder - 1 sachet (36 gram)
  2. Thick cream - 100 ml
  3. Sugar - 3-4 tbsp (or according to your taste )
  4. Chilled Milk - ¼ cup
  5. Vanilla essence - ½ tsp
Method
  1. Empty the whipping powder in a bowl. Add sugar and milk to it and beat well till you get a creamy texture.
  2. Add thick cream and vanilla essence to it and beat well until you get the correct consistency.
  3. Spread the prepared cream over the cooled creme caramel.
  4. Top it with the remaining caramel and chocolate shavings.
