Ghee Biscuits - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Ghee - Enough to make a smooth dough
  2. All purpose flour -1 ½ cup
  3. Icing sugar (or powdered sugar) - 1 cup
  4. Baking powder- ¼ tsp
  5. Salt - a pinch
Method
  1. Pre-heat oven to 250 degree Celsius
  2. Combine ingredients from 2-5
  3. Make a smooth dough using Ghee
  4. Make small lemon sized balls out of the dough and press a little into a desired shape
  5. Place it in a baking tray with sufficient space in between (after baking each one will expand and increase in size)
  6. Bake it for 20 minutes @ 140 Degree C
