Spicy Chicken Fry - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Chicken legs - 6- 8 pieces
  2. Red chili pwd - 1 tsp
  3. Pepper pwd - 1 ½ tsp
  4. Garam masala pwd - ½ tsp
  5. Coriander pwd - 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric pwd - ¼ tsp
  7. Cumin pwd - ½ tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste - 1 ½ tbsp
  9. Yoghurt - 1 tbsp
  10. Lemon juice - 1 ½ tsp
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Oil - for frying
Method
  1. Make slits on the cleaned chicken and marinate it with all the other ingredients except oil.
  2. Keep it in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours (if possible keep it overnight)
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken legs till golden brown on both sides and then remove from flame and serve hot.
