- 1 Cup = 200ml
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Chili pwd - 2 tsp
- Garam masala pwd - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Yoghurt - 6 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream - 3 tbsp (optional)
- Salt - to taste
- Marinate the chicken with lemon juice and salt and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Now marinate the chicken with all the other ingredients and keep it aside for about 3 - 4 hours.
- Grill the chicken for about 30 minutes or till done turning the sides two or three times to get the chicken grilled on both sides. (till it turns golden brown on both sides. Check not to burn )
