Grilled Chicken

Grilled Chicken - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
  1. Full chicken - 1 (skinless)
  2. Red chili pwd - 1 tsp
  3. Pepper pwd - 2 tsp
  4. Turmeric pwd - a pinch
  5. Garam masala pwd - ¼ tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  7. Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
  8. Vinegar - ½ tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Butter - 2 tbsp
Method
  1. Clean the chicken thoroughly and make cuts on it.
  2. Mix all the above ingredients except butter and make a paste. Coat the chicken inside and outside with this paste. Fill the cuts, made on the chicken, with this paste and keep it refrigerated for about 3 - 4 hours (or over -night for better results). Tie the legs of the chicken to maintain the shape.
  3. Grill the chicken in the oven for about 35 - 40 minutes (or till the chicken is done) turning the sides of the chicken after 15 minutes. While turning the sides rub the chicken with butter. Serve hot.
