Grilled Chicken

- 1 Cup = 200ml
Ingredients
- Full chicken - 1 (skinless)
- Red chili pwd - 1 tsp
- Pepper pwd - 2 tsp
- Turmeric pwd - a pinch
- Garam masala pwd - ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
- Vinegar - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 2 tbsp
Method
- Clean the chicken thoroughly and make cuts on it.
- Mix all the above ingredients except butter and make a paste. Coat the chicken inside and outside with this paste. Fill the cuts, made on the chicken, with this paste and keep it refrigerated for about 3 - 4 hours (or over -night for better results). Tie the legs of the chicken to maintain the shape.
- Grill the chicken in the oven for about 35 - 40 minutes (or till the chicken is done) turning the sides of the chicken after 15 minutes. While turning the sides rub the chicken with butter. Serve hot.
