Chicken Manchurian 2 - sanaa's recipe
  1. 1 Cup = 200ml
Marinade
Ingredients
  1. Chicken - ½ kg (boneless, chicken breast..cut it to small cubes)
  2. Chili pwd- 1 tsp
  3. Pepper pwd- 1 tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  5. Soy sauce - 1 ½ tsp
  6. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  7. Egg - 1
  8. Salt - to taste
Method
  1. Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients for about an hour and deep fry it in oil till golden brown. Do not over fry it. Keep it aside

  1. Ginger garlic (crushed) - 2 tsp
  2. Onion - 2 (diced)
  3. Capsicum - 1 (diced)
  4. Spring onion - 3 tbsp
  5. Green chili - 2
  6. Chili pwd - ½ tsp
  7. Pepper pwd - 1 tsp
  8. Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
  9. Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  10. Water - 1 cup
  11. Corn flour - 2 tsp (mix it with little water to make a paste)
  12. Sugar - ½ tsp
  13. Salt - to taste
  14. Oil- 3 tbsp
Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic and saute for few seconds. To this add the diced onion and capsicum, chopped spring onion and green chili and saute on high flame for about 2- 3 minutes.
  2. Now add the chili pwd, pepper pwd and salt and saute for a minute or two. Add the tomato ketchup, soy sauce and sugar and mix well. Add the water and let it boil.
  3. Simmer the flame and add the corn flour paste stirring continuously. When it becomes thick add the fried chicken and mix well. Cook it on low flame for 2- 3 minutes. Serve hot.
