Creamy Fish Molly - sanaa's recipe
  1. Salt – to taste
  2. Oil – 3 tbsp + more for frying the fish
  3. Curry leaves – 10 – 12 leaves
  4. Cashew nut paste – with 15 cashews (soak the cashew for an hour and grind to a fine paste adding ¼ cup milk)

Marinate the cleaned fish with 1 tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry it for about 5 - 6 minutes turning the sides. Keep it aside.
