Gobi Paratha/ Cauliflower Stuffed Paratha  - sanaa's recipe
  1. Salt – to taste
  2. Warm water – 1 cup
  3. Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  4. Wheat flour – 2 cup

In a deep bowl, combine together wheat flour and oil. To this add salt water little by little and knead it to a smooth and soft dough. Keep it covered for about 15 minutes. Knead it again for a minute and divide it to six balls.
